License to SXV Music

This License governs your rights to use the music provided by Chain Development SRL (“Chain Development” or “we”) through the SXV application (“SXV”; such music, the “SXV Music”).

Ownership

Chain Development owns or has the right to license the copyright, publishing rights, and all other related rights in and to the SXV Music as necessary to provide the functionality available in SXV.

Limited License Grant

Chain Development hereby grants to users of the SXV application, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable license to:

• Embed and synchronize up to 60 seconds of samples from the SXV Music (“Samples”) into images, photos, video or other content that you create using SXV (“Content”), solely for the purpose of providing background tracks to such Content; and/or
• Distribute the Content containing Samples online solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein.

Restrictions

You shall not broadcast via television or radio, sell or otherwise use for any commercial purpose any SXV Music or Samples, whether embedded with Content or otherwise.

The rights granted under this License does not permit to:

• claim authorship of the SXV Music;
• transfer, share or sub-license this License with any other party;
• copy or duplicate the SXV Music except for use with Content as described herein;
• distribute the Content on online platforms for commercial use;
• use full tracks of the SXV Music for any reason whatsoever, usage is limited to 60 second Samples;
• permit any other individual or third party the right to use the SXV Music; or
• resell, trade, or exploit for profit the SXV Music outright or as part of other music and/or audio-related collections, in part or in whole, to any other individual or party.

Credits

You are NOT required to credit the composer, publisher or performer of any Sample in your Content (in liner notes, rolling credits, verbal acknowledgment, etc.).

Modifications to These Terms

Chain Development reserves the right to alter this License at any time in its sole discretion. When we make material changes to these terms, we will provide you with prominent notice in SXV. Please check the date at the top of this License to see when it was last revised.
