This Privacy Policy contains the policies regarding Chain Development SRL’s (“Chain Development”) use of information gathered through the SXV application (“SXV”).
By utilizing SXV, including without limitation, to record, edit, and store videos, you accept this Privacy Policy in full; you may not use SXV if you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated herein.
Furthermore, usage of the music made available in SXV (“SXV Music”) is subject is subject to the License and SXV usage is subject to the Terms of Use.
Privacy Policy
Protecting your privacy is important to us; we hope the following statement will help you understand how Chain Development deals with the personally identifiable information (“PII”) you may occasionally provide to us.
We do not collect any PII from you when you download our application. To be specific, we do not require the consumers to register to use the application, nor do we keep track of the consumers' visits, recordings, and/or general usage of our application.
Chain Development will never collect or store any data when you use our application. The only situation in which we may receive PII is when you decide to e-mail us feedback, to provide us with a bug report, or submit a support request.
In such situations, we will use your PII only for contacting you for purposes of responding to your request and improving our application. We will never use such information for any other purposes, such as to further market our products, or to disclose your personal information to a third party for commercial gain.

Modifications to These Terms
Chain Development reserves the right to alter this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion. When we make material changes to these terms, we will provide you with prominent notice in SXV. Please check the date at the top of this Privacy Policy to see when it was last revised.
Your continued use of the SXV application after such notification of changes will constitute your agreement with and acceptance of such changes. You may stop using SXV under the new version if you object to the changes.
